FAQs for mobile app & tee sheet

Q: Do I have to create a new username and login for the app?
A:
No, you will use the same login you already use for the DCC website

Q: I don't have a login for the DCC website - how do I get one?
A:
You can create one by going to the DCC website, clicking on "Member Login" in the top right corner, and then clicking on "Member Registration" at the bottom.  Additionally, from in the app itself, if you tap "Log In" you will see a link for "Member Registration" where you can create a login

Q: I get an error message when I try to create a username and login - why?
A:
A few important things to try: First, if you are a member number that has only 1 or 2 digits, the system requires 3 numbers.  In example, if you are member "X1" or member "X10" then you will need to register using "X001" or "X010" for it to work.  If you already have 3 number in your member number, you will not have to enter any extra numbers.  Second, the system recognizes you by your name on your member statements.  In example, if you go by "Bob" but your DCC listed name is "Robert" you will need to enter "Robert" on the website registration screen.  Third, our system requires an email to login - you may not have an email on file with the office.  For more questions, contact Jordan Meserole at [email protected]

Q: Can each person in the house have a login?
A: Yes! In fact, our system assigns each person a unique identifier.  In example, the member number is "X100".  Jordan is listed on the account first, so his number displays as "X100".  Jane is the spouse, and her identifier is "X100A".  Emily is the child, and her identifier is "X100B".  In this case, all three persons - Jordan, Jane, and Emily - can all create their own app and website login using their unique identifier.  In all cases, a spouse (or person listed second on the account file) will be recognized in the system as the member number with an "A" added to the end.

Q: We share an email together - can we both have our own login?
A: Unfortunately no. Each individual user in the system has to have their own email to create a login.  It is suggested to set up a free email through platforms like Google's Gmail or Yahoo.

Q: I don't have an email at all - will I need one?
A: Yes, all members who wish to have a website login, and subsequently be able to login to the app need an email on file with the office.  If you do not have an email, many services offer free accounts such as Google's Gmail or Yahoo.
